HypnoBirthing

Interested in "natural childbirth" (giving birth without any medications)? I was very lucky to find out about HypnoBirthing while pregnant. I had a wonderful, painless, no epidural (never asked for it or needed it) 20 hour labor. At some points, I also felt endorphins, which the course claims is the body's "natural anesthesia." The HypnoBirthing course is a deep relaxation course. You learn how to deeply relax so as not to create painful sensations. When women tense up during labor, they feel pain. My first contractions at home were quite painful (as I curled up in the fetal position, scrunched my eyeballs and tensed every muscle in my body.) But when I went limp like a rag doll, the pain stopped. I never felt pain again as long as I relaxed my muscles. The labor was wonderful, transformative and spiritual experience and I canÍt wait to give birth again.

Teresa Van-Zeller is a Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist. SheÍs taught this course for the past two years to over 200 fortunate couples. She now teaches the HypnoBirthing course to people (DoulaÍs, childbirth educators, etc...) who want to become HypnoBirthing practioners. SheÍs one of the best and most experienced HypnoBirthing practioners in the area.
