When nursing, the tail of the Maya Wrap Baby Sling may be placed over your shoulder (shoulder opposite of rings) to provide complete discretion. No other baby carrier can offer you better coverage.

When I breastfeed my son in the Maya Wrap sling, I always pull the fabric up over his entire head. Normally, his head is completely covered. Here, we were at the La Leche League International Conference and someone asked to take a photo of us nursing. I am wearing a Motherwear Nursing blouse (modern boatneck top) and you still cannot see anything! |
It was a scorching hot day in Southern California. We left the stroller in the car. My son ended up nursing and falling asleep. I carried him for an hour comfortably. The unpadded Maya Wrap sling is best for very hot weather.
